Care That Starts with Listening

Most people don’t wake up excited to see a gum or implant specialist. Maybe you’ve been referred after months of discomfort, or you’ve noticed changes you can’t ignore anymore. Either way, this visit is about clarity, not judgment or pressure.

Our goal is for you to leave our Denver office with a little more calm, and a clear plan that feels doable. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in — that’s what we’re here for.

New Patient Forms

Our new patient forms are easily accessible online so that you can complete them at your leisure before arriving at our practice. This gives you ample time to carefully review our policies and procedures without feeling rushed before your appointment.

The information you share with our team allows us to get to know you even before your visit and ensures that we have all the data needed to deliver efficient, quality care.

Preparing For Treatment

Your Consultation

When You Arrive

We know the first visit can feel like a lot, so we do everything we can to make it simple and comfortable. You’ll be welcomed by our team and guided through each step. One of our dental assistants will listen to your concerns, review your history, and take any necessary X-rays so your doctor has a full picture of your oral health.

Meeting Your Periodontist

Your periodontist or implat specialist will join you next to perform a careful, detailed exam. Dr. Poulos, Dr. Marshall, or Dr. Somers will look at your gums, bite, and any areas of concern — not just to diagnose, but to understand what’s really happening beneath the surface.

Reviewing Findings

Once we have everything we need, we’ll sit down together to talk through what we found. We use clear visuals and plain language so you can see what we see and understand your options fully. There’s no rush; this is your time to ask questions and feel confident about the plan.

Planning the Next Steps

Before you leave, we’ll walk you through what to expect next and how to prepare. Our front desk team will review insurance and payment options, then help you schedule your next visit. You’ll leave knowing exactly what comes next, and that you’re in capable, caring hands.

No Insurance? No problem.
